ACCCA is excited to announce the return of the ACCCA Great Deans Program in conjunction with our Chief Instructional and Student Service Officers. In these unprecedented times, ACCCA is here to bring you the professional development that you need, RIGHT NOW, in a remote setting.
Great Deans will have four virtual sessions with regional in-person sessions later in the year. The format of delivery may be different but we are filling this program with content for ALL deans (not just in the first five years of your career.)
In order to accommodate more attendees and still observe physical distancing, we’ve created the following virtual training schedule:
July 15th, 2021 - 8am-11am - Leadership/DEI
July 22nd, 2021 - 8am-11am - Employee Relations and Performance Management
August 5th ,2021 - 8am-11am - Budget, What Deans NEED to Know
August 12th, 2021 - 8am-11am - Goal Setting & Re-Socialization After the Pandemic
Happy Hour - July 22, 2021 4:30pm-5:30pm
Post-Program Luncheon - August 12, 2021 11:30am-12:30pm
Please note the policies around our selection process:
- ACCCA can extend this training to 100 attendees.
- All applicants to the Great Deans program must go through a vetting process and be selected by a designated team of volunteers and staff based on criteria established by the Management Development Commission (MDC).
