Building on the “nuts and bolts” training of our successful Admin 101 program, Admin 201 is a 1-week professional-learning experience focused on the foundational elements of leadership in the California Community Colleges. A 360-degree assessment module [Leadership Practices Inventory] is included in the program fee to identify areas of strength and further development.
Adding the Admin 201 program to your professional development portfolio is a great way to build confidence to take on more complex strategic challenges now and throughout your career.
- Application required to be accepted into this program.
- There is no cost to submit this application.
- This application does not require member login.
- You will need the following documents:
- Statement of Commitment – 250 words or less stating why you feel the Admin 201: Transformational Leadership Program is the right fit for you at this time.
- Professional Development Presentations – (optional) example of a presentation you’ve given in the past two years that demonstrates either/both your leadership and/or subject matter expertise.
- Written Statement – [limit 250 words or less] indicating your assessment of your administrative/management expertise at this stage of your career.

- All applications are vetted by our program leads.
- You will receive notification regarding acceptance or wait list status for the 2026 Admin 201 program by email from events@accca.org.
- If accepted, you will receive an invoice for the program fee of $2,500 that includes all class materials.
- Pre-class LPI Assessment and Program Orientation are required and included in the program fee.
- You must be an ACCCA member to participate in the program.
- If you are accepted in the 2026 class and aren’t yet a member, you will be required to join ACCCA prior to paying for the class.
