Come and join your ACCCA colleagues for an open discussion about moving into your first administrative seat, or as an administrator entering a new institution. Our speakers have recently gone through this experience, and they can share what they wish they would’ve known, what worked best [or not at all] as they built productive relationships and established themselves as respected members of a new team.
During the first part of this 1-hour conversation our panel will briefly share what they learned, or wished they knew to prepare for success in their new jobs. The second part of this webinar will be dedicated to a brief overview of the onboarding checklist and getting YOUR questions answered by a Human Resources professional and ACCCA Board member who also recently went through this experience himself.
