2023 Great Deans Application

Please complete the form below to be considered for the 2023-24 cohort of the ACCCA Great Deans Program–an 8-month training experience for new deans or those in transition into a new institution.

The 2023-24 Program will feature 4 in-person sessions and two intersession virtual sessions incorporating curriculum focused on:

  • Equity and Social Justice
  • Supervision and Leadership 
  • Administrative Policies, Procedures, and Structures 
  • Networking, Community Building, and Personal Wellness 

 

The kickoff event will be July 19th-21st, 2023 in Sacramento.  There will be two 1-day regional (north/south) meetings held in October and November with intersession virtual meet ups to reinforce concepts.  The program will wrap up February 20th at the 48th ACCCA Conference at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. 

The program fee is $1,750 and includes all instruction, instructional materials, most means for in person sessions.  Travel and accommodations will be the responsibility of the participant, however ACCCA will block hotel accommodations at a discounted rate for the Sacramento kickoff event.
