The ACCCA Board has authorized the Regional Member Council [RMC] to plan and execute a series of events that are locally produced for the individual regions. The purpose of these events is to bring the administrators of the region together to network, share information, pick up the latest best practices and perhaps, learn a bit more about ACCCA in the process.
These Regional Events are meant to be offered to both members and non-members at little or no cost to the participants, and are intended to be replicated in other regions throughout the state on a quarterly basis to ensure easy access to affordable professional development and networking.
Each Event is designed to reflect the unique needs of the region in which it is being held. The Campus Reps of the region are surveyed in advance to determine preferences for the content and format, and our ACCCA staff and volunteers work with the Regional Director to build a program that suits the needs of most administrators in the region. These events will, over time, bring everyone together for community building, connection and information.
In fulfilling this strategic goal of the Association, the ACCCA Board has authorized these events to take place in any of the 10 recognized regions and an event can be initiated by the Regional Director or by ACCCA working with them.
If you are interested in having ACCCA bring an event to your region, contact your ACCCA Campus Rep today!
