2025 ACCCA Annual Conference

Conference activities generally run from 9am on Wednesday to noon on Friday. Pre-conference activities will take place on Tuesday, February 18.

Please refer to the options for pre-conference activities for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations will be subjected to a $150 processing/administrative fee. Substitutions may be made at no additional charge. 

Cancellation Deadline: Requests must be sent via email to admin@accca.org. Please include the first and last name of the registrant as well as the reason for cancellation. No refunds will be given after February 7, 2025.

There is no charge to attend the conference if you are graduating with the current cohort of the ACCCA Mentor Program. If you are a graduating Mentee, check 'Yes' and select the "Pay Later" option when prompted for payment.

Mock Interviews
 

MOCK INTERVIEWS

Mock interviews are an opportunity for administrators to experience a real-life interview situation with a panel of seasoned administrators. They are held all-day on Tuesday, February, 18th from 8am-5pm and Wednesday, February 19th from 10am-noon. If selected, you would be assigned a time slot for one of those days. Space is extremely limited and mock interviews are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You will be notified via email if you have been selected to participate and materials will be sent with all necessary information. There is no additional fee beyond the conference registration.

Please register ONLY if you are fully committed to the process. With limited space, we need to ensure 100% participation.

Optional Conference Enhancements
Would you like a "Conference Buddy”? This option is for first-time attendees to connect with someone more seasoned for networking throughout the conference.
 

Would you be interested in having a professional headshot taken at the conference at no additional cost? (limited opportunities, first-come first-serve basis)
 

Would you be interested in participating in an informal “Breakfast with a Leader” meetup opportunity? This is a small group convening at one of 2 breakfast general sessions to connect with a seasoned administrator. (Limited spots, first-come first-serve basis)
 

Would you like to volunteer at the conference? Volunteers will be contacted before the conference to discuss various roles and opportunities.
