DAY 1:

The COVID-19 Pandemic stretched us as leaders in ways that we didn’t think possible.  But was that disruption a unique circumstance or is our world and our work increasing volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous?  What lessons can we garner from these experiences and how will those lessons equip us for future disruptions and for leadership opportunities?

DAY 2:

THURSDAY JULY 23, 2020 8:00AM - 9:30AM

COVID-related concerns and remote work has added new challenges to supervising faculty and staff.  In this session, we will discuss important communication strategies for fostering positive relations and effective performance management; summarize key elements to incorporate into discussions and documentation about performance concerns; and address Deans’ questions (to the extent time will allow).

DAY 3:

Participants will learn about aspects of Community College Budgeting and Finance.  Topics will include:

DAY 4:

THURSDAY AUGUST 6, 2020 8:00AM - 9:30AM

An important managerial skill is aligning your own professional and personal goals with the goals of those you serve and with your institution. OUTCOMES: In this session, you will identify the organizational structure around you, understand how to create goals with 90-day plans, and determine measures of success.
