Great Deans Application – 2024 Cohort

KICK-OFF JULY 22-24, 2024 | SACRAMENTO

The ACCCA Great Dean’s Program is a transformational experience designed for new deans within their first five years. This cohort-based community-learning program draws from the expertise of thought leaders and seasoned administrators from around the state, and it provides mentorship, an established knowledge base, and technical skill building, with a focus on your leadership development.

  • Application required to be accepted into this program.
  • There is no cost to submit this application.
  • This application does not require member login.
  • You will need the following documents:
    • Resume
    • Professional Head Shot
  • All applications are vetted by our program leads.
  • You will receive notification regarding acceptance or wait list status for the 2024 Great Deans program by email from events@accca.org.
  • If accepted, you will receive an invoice for the program fee $1,850 that includes all class materials.
  • You must attend all regional events throughout the 8-month program.
    • The 8-month program begins with a three-day institute in Sacramento.
    • Two regional in-person all-day workshops are scheduled in the fall.
    • Virtual intersession check-ins to support training concepts and build community throughout the year. (optional)
  • You must be an ACCCA member to participate in the program.
    • If you are accepted in the 2024 class and aren’t yet a member, you will be required to join ACCCA prior to paying for the class.
