Your Assessment Survey:
The link to your LPI Leadership Assessment is being sent to you directly from the Wiley Company by August 25, 2021. Once you receive the link, please do not put it off, you will need to complete the 15 minute survey when you get it so we can make sure your Assessment Results report is ready in time for the September 15 kick off.
Because it is a 360 survey, you’ll be asked to provide the email contact information for up to ten colleagues who know you in a professional setting and can speak to your leadership skills. It would be helpful if you had that information ready when you complete the survey. Your final results will be sent directly to you and no one else in advance of our first session on September 15.
Homework Assignments:
- Conduct leadership assessment
- Complete all readings (10 Analytical Lenses, STEEPLED Analysis, Learning Culture, Strategic Compass, and Case Study)
- Answer Case Study Questions Individually
